At DealIntel.in, we stand behind the accuracy of our research. If our report contains factually incorrect information, we will refund your credit immediately—no questions asked.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full credit refund in the following scenarios:

A. Factually Incorrect Data ("Bad Intel")

  • We reported incorrect revenue, funding, or employee count
  • We cited events or news that never occurred
  • We attributed statements to the wrong person or source
  • Key information is verifiably false

B. Technical Failure

  • Report generation failed after credit was consumed
  • Report is incomplete or corrupted beyond readability
  • System error prevented report delivery

C. Duplicate Charges

  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same report
  • Credits were deducted more than once for a single generation

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

A. Subjective Dissatisfaction

  • ×You "don't like" the report style or format
  • ×You expected different insights than what was provided
  • ×You found the information insufficient (if factually accurate)

B. Successfully Generated Reports

  • ×Report was successfully generated with accurate, sourced data
  • ×You changed your mind after viewing the report
  • ×You didn't find the specific information you were looking for

C. Saved or Downloaded Reports

  • ×You saved the report to history
  • ×You downloaded the PDF (Closer/Rainmaker tiers)
  • ×Report is older than 48 hours from generation

D. Change of Mind

  • ×You purchased credits but decided not to use them
  • ×You prefer a competitor's service after purchase
  • ×General buyer's remorse

3. Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Subject: "Refund Request - Report ID: [Your Report ID]"

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Report ID or generation timestamp
  • Specific inaccuracy with proof (e.g., screenshot, contradicting source)
  • Payment transaction ID (if requesting payment refund)

Step 2: Verification

  • Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours
  • We will verify the factual inaccuracy using independent sources
  • You may be asked for additional evidence

Step 3: Resolution

  • Approved Refunds: Credits restored within 2-3 business days
  • Payment Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • ×Rejected Refunds: You will receive a detailed explanation with supporting sources

4. Refund Methods

A. Credit Restoration (Default)

  • 1 credit restored to your DealIntel.in account
  • Credits can be used immediately for new reports
  • Credits never expire

B. Payment Refund

  • Available only for purchases made within the last 30 days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

5. Partial Refunds

If only a portion of the report contains inaccurate information:

  • Minor inaccuracies (1-2 incorrect data points): 50% credit refund
  • Major inaccuracies (entire section incorrect): 100% credit refund

6. Credit Expiry Policy

  • Credits NEVER expire
  • Once purchased, credits remain valid indefinitely
  • Valid even if you don't log in for months
  • ×In case of account closure, unused credits are forfeited (no refund)

8. No Refund for Consumed Credits

Once a report is successfully generated with accurate data:

  • ×API costs have been incurred by DealIntel.in
  • ×No refunds will be issued

Pro Tip: Start with our smallest package to test the quality before committing to larger packs.

9. Fraud Prevention

Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., false claims, repeated frivolous requests) will result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Ban from future purchases
  • Legal action if fraud is detected

Summary: Our Promise

If the intel is wrong, you get your credit back. Period.

If the intel is right but you don't like it, that's on you. We play fair. We expect you to play fair too.
